Mezzo Wins the NMN Digital Mortgage 2026 Innovation Demo Challenge

Mezzo took first place in the Innovation Demo Challenge at National Mortgage News Digital Mortgage 2026 in Las Vegas, where a panel of industry judges selected the winner from the lender technology companies presenting live on stage.

Jina Choi, president of Mezzo, and Mark Ramirez, principal product architect, presented how lenders use Mezzo to orchestrate verifications across multiple providers at the loan level. The demo walked through lender-defined waterfalls running in minutes without manual intervention, a view of every provider response, an AI agent that explains where a waterfall step needs attention, and ROI reporting on every loan.

In its recap of the showcase, National Mortgage News noted that judges praised the platform’s mission to reduce waste in verification reports.
